Well, this is embarrassing.

For over a decade, I suffered through migraines for half the month—debilitating fatigue, days-long headaches, and waves of sadness that made me feel useless. Then I’d bounce back, full of energy and optimism… only to crash again.

I blamed hormones. I did everything: Whole30, acupuncture, vitamins, functional medicine, movement, less movement, chiropractic care, energy healing, massage, Tiktok PT videos. I was committed. I was exhausted. And I was still stuck.

My body was talking—but I didn’t know how to listen.

Meanwhile, my best friend had been nudging me for years to see a neurologist. But I thought if I did everything "right" then I wouldn't need to go.

I finally went in June. And my world changed.

✊ Knock on wood… I haven’t had a single headache in six weeks. Knock again, just in case.

Until recently, I’d been tiptoeing through life—afraid any small trigger would steal 72 hours from me: lifting a suitcase, seeing a messy countertop, eating too much cheese, or sensing a storm. I was doing all the “right” things… and still felt completely out of control.

And now I wonder—where are you doing all the right things but still unraveling? Where are you holding it all together… Yet things keep falling apart?

Here’s the reason this feels embarrassing:
I only started seriously tracking my headaches this May. When I saw the number—15 days of suffering—I was floored. Ashamed. I couldn’t believe I’d waited so long to seek the right help.

So I turn it back to you:
Where are you tolerating something you no longer need to endure? Start tracking what's draining and its impact on you. Add it up. What is it costing you?

Here’s what I’ve learned:
1. There’s always hope.
2. It’s okay to try something—or someone—new.
3. Your suffering holds a message. Listen closely or find someone to help you hear it.

I believe my headaches were messengers. And while I’m finally pain-free, I’m still doing the inner work to fully heal.

If your pain shows up in your work, leadership, or how you feel in your career… let’s talk.

Maybe I can be that person who helps you finally break the loop—and set you free to experience the life and success you crave.
