Every year, I deliver a training series to the staff and faculty of a major university. This year, the challenge was clear: people felt powerless, anxious, and adrift in constant change.

For over a decade, I suffered through migraines for half the month—debilitating fatigue, days-long headaches, and waves of sadness that made me feel useless. Then I’d bounce back, full of energy and optimism… only to crash again.
